Chantal Madhoo, M.S., Ed.S., is the heart behind C.H.A.N.C.E. Psychological Services. A graduate of Florida Agricultural & Mechanical University, she is both a Certified and Licensed School Psychologist in the state of Florida, bringing over two decades of experience in psychological and educational assessment.
Ms. Madhoo has worked with individuals across all stages of life, from early childhood through adulthood, offering thoughtful, comprehensive evaluations rooted in empathy and expertise. Her areas of specialization include developmental, academic, vocational, and diagnostic assessments, all delivered with a deep respect for each client’s unique background and needs.
Driven by a passion for helping others grow, she is committed to making psychological services accessible, collaborative, and truly meaningful. At the heart of her work is a belief in the power of insight and the importance of support in guiding individuals toward personal and academic success.
